I started to know and like lembest lechon when I came at home tired and starving that one night. I saw a styro of chicken and sisig in our dining table and of course to my curiosity and screaming stomach I sneak, peek and tasted it as fast as I can because it was not mine. My cousin bought it and I think he'll surely give me some of it when he meet me at home I just tasted a pinch of that lechon manok and sisig in advance. Lembest is really delicious and I want more!

"Who does not eat lechon?" as said in ANC interview which is quite true, lechon delicacy was introduce to us by the Spaniards long time ago and they use a young pig since the meat is softer than the older ones. In time Filipinos learn to cook this food treat and now is being practice as a profitable business not only in the Philippines but everywhere Asia and in some countries.
